The Grand Soleil Cup 2026 was the highlight of CDP Week, the annual event that brings together owners and enthusiasts of the Group's brands for a week dedicated to sailing, sharing experiences and enjoying life at sea.
From May 21st to 23rd, Porto Cervo hosted the 24th edition of the Grand Soleil Cup, which returned to the official sporting calendar of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. A fleet of 21 yachts, ranging from 37 to 80 feet, took to the waters of the Costa Smeralda for two spectacular days of racing set against some of the Mediterranean's most iconic scenery.
Throughout the event, the Grand Soleil Cup was enriched by a programme of social and entertainment activities that made the experience even more memorable. From the welcome cocktail and gala dinner to the SuperPop party, the evenings ashore strengthened the sense of community and offered owners, crews and guests the opportunity to connect beyond the racing.
The event once again confirmed the strong international spirit of the Grand Soleil community, with crews arriving from different countries and a significant presence of the Grand Soleil Plus range, including the preview of the new GS Plus 80 Long Cruise.
More than just a regatta, the Grand Soleil Cup proved to be a unique opportunity to share a passion for the sea, combining competition with moments of connection and conviviality among owners, crews and guests.
This authentic atmosphere continues to make the Grand Soleil Cup a unique event on the international sailing scene: an opportunity to sail together, exchange experiences and celebrate a shared passion.
Year after year, the true success of the Grand Soleil Cup lies in its ability to bring together a community that finds in the sea its universal language.
