The flagship of the Plus philosophy. An 'haute couture' work of 24 metres that interprets the vocation for ocean exploration.

Grand Soleil 80 Plus: the bespoke horizon

The Grand Soleil 80 Plus is not simply the flagship of the fleet. It is the apex of the Plus philosophy, an expression of "nautical haute couture" destined for clients who are not looking for a product, but wish to shape a work. This 80-footer is conceived to interpret the long-range vocation, embodying the perfect synthesis between the Blue Water soul — made of safety, autonomy and oceanic stability — and the performing DNA that defines every Grand Soleil. It is a balance achieved through a sartorial luxury that only a direct dialogue with the Fano atelier can guarantee. Its genesis takes place entirely in our centre of excellence, where construction is 100% in-house. From infusion lamination, which uses premium resins and carbon reinforcements, every phase is a ritual of quality. This total control translates into a hull that unites extraordinary robustness with calculated lightness, a promise of absolute reliability and, at the same time, of a reactive and dynamic sailing pleasure. The GS 80 Plus is a refined floating residence, built around the owner's vision, ready to sail towards the most remote horizons with unrivalled performance, elegance and serenity.

It is not a flagship, it is a declaration. It is the meeting point between a client's vision and the mastery of the shipyard: a unique work, built in Fano, to inhabit the sea without limits.

Lines of excellence for ocean sailing

The aesthetics of performance: safety, power and unmistakable style.

The profile of the Grand Soleil 80 Plus is a lesson in balance. The waterlines, signed by Matteo Polli, are the fruit of a naval architecture designed to interpret the oceanic vocation: devouring miles in comfort and safety, without ever sacrificing performance. The hull features sharp bow sections, designed for a soft entry into the water and dry sailing, then progressively widening towards the stern. This choice not only guarantees superyacht-level internal volumes, but ensures a form stability that increases comfort. The true soul of this project is revealed in the technical choices: the twin-rudder configuration offers absolute control and immediate responsiveness even when the boat is heeled, an inestimable advantage on long passages that restores the pure pleasure of sailing. Combined with the optional telescopic keel, which allows the draft to be varied, the GS 80 Plus unites the ability to face the open ocean with the freedom to access the most sheltered anchorages. It is a design that accepts no compromises, where seaworthiness merges with performance and safety becomes an expression of style.

Living the sea in comfort, safety and control

Living the deck of the GS 80 Plus means experiencing its dual vocation: that of safe sailing and that of the most exclusive conviviality. The design of the central cockpit, curated by Nauta Design, is a masterpiece of ergonomics, clearly separated from the manoeuvring area located aft. This configuration, typical of large ocean yachts, ensures that guests can relax in a protected and uncluttered area, while the crew manages navigation with maximum efficiency. The lines, led back to the helm stations, make the handling of this 80-footer surprisingly simple, even with a reduced crew — a key element for the long-range vocation. The innovative "wing islands" beside the helm stations offer comfortable seating and perfect visibility over the headsails, a detail designed for those who love to helm their boat for hours. The generous perimeter sofas transform the cockpit into an open-air saloon, a true "beach club" raised above the water, ideal for enjoying the view both under sail and at anchor.

A private residence on the ocean

Superyacht volumes and 'haute couture' finishes for boundless liveability.

Stepping below deck on the Grand Soleil 80 Plus means entering a dimension of residential luxury, designed for the vocation of extended stays on board. The heart of the project, signed by Nauta Design, is the elegant "raised saloon". This solution is not merely aesthetic, but profoundly functional to ocean life. The 270-degree panoramic windows flood the saloon with natural light, offering a constant view of the horizon. But the true stroke of genius lies underfoot: this architecture allows the sole to be raised, creating a vast technical space below. Here the main systems, tanks and advanced equipment find their home, guaranteeing total self-sufficiency, simplified maintenance and absolute silence in the living areas. This is where the true 'haute couture' dialogue begins. The owner defines every detail in the Fano atelier. The first unit, with four guest cabins and two crew cabins, is just one example of the infinite possibilities. The owner's cabin forward is a private suite. The crew area aft, with a professional galley and dedicated access, ensures total privacy. From woods to upholstery, every material creates an atmosphere of welcoming luxury.
